Description
Since “the KA-BAR” was designed to serve our troops during World War II, the name has become one of the most recognized in the industry today. The Ka-Bar reputation depended on the U.S.M.C. combat knives, which were made by many other companies during WWII. The Ka-Bar reputation was so strong that all knives of this type became referred to by the name of Ka-Bar.
The Dog’s Head Utility knife presents an alternative to those who wish to have the legendary performance of Ka-Bar’s military knives in a non-military setting. Ideal for bushcraft, camping and hunting.
This knife is the same as the first U.S.M.C. combat knife with more modern blade steel and is stamped with the Ka-Bar Dog’s Head Pirate. The 7″ blade of powder coated 1095 at 56-58 Rc. is available in plain edge. Stacked leather handle, steel butt and guard and brown leather sheath. Made in the U. S. A. 96.
