Buttplate Marlin models 16,17, 19, 21, 24, 30, 42, 49–12 and 16 gauge. It has the marlin inscription at the bottom of the plate. The dimensions are L; 5 2/8 W; 1 11/16. From top of plate to middle of top screw hole is 5/8 and from bottom of plate to middle of bottom screw hole is 1 6/8 inches. From center of screw holes, center to center is 2 13/16. Use screw wp57.
