Copied from an original wedge key, on an antique U. S. Model 1803 Harper’s Ferry Rifle, this correctly shaped key has a capture slot for a pin, so it cannot be lost in the field. The head has a small lip, exactly like the original. Wax cast steel, not polished. The key is 1.31″ long, .42″ wide, by .10″ thick.
