For full stock AR-15, Mini 14, shotgun, or any full stock weapon California Legal Notice (AB 1263) Under California law, certain firearm-related items require additional steps before a sale or delivery can be completed. These steps may include:
- Reviewing a legal notice regarding prohibited conduct under California law
- Providing an acknowledgment confirming receipt and understanding of that notice
- Verifying purchaser age and identity (18+)
- Delivery with adult signature and identification
