Triggerguard, “Golden Age” Style, sand cast nickel silver

Another classic “golden age” styled triggerguard from the post-Revolutionary War era. Similar to the longer guard TG-SPW-C-B, but made with a shorter bow for a single trigger.This petite guard would work well on a lady’s rifle or boy’s rifle, but was originally used on a trim, but full-size flint longrifle. The grip rail can be tipped down and the bow opened and enlarged by cold bending.Overall length is 7-15/16″, inside trigger bow is 1-11/16″ long, and 1″ deep.
