Triggerguard, Allentown, Bethlehem, Lehigh County, sand cast brass

Description

This sand cast triggerguard is an early Allentown-Bethlehem or Lehigh County style, as used by Neihart, Kuntz and the famous Rupp family of longrifle makers. Brass was almost always used on these rifles.Overall length is 9-7/16″, inside trigger bow is 2-3/8″ long, and 1-1/8″ deep.
