The Trend Template lock recess

Clear plastic template for use with any plunge router to accurately fit 2, 3 and 5 lever sash and dead mortise locks. 

• Clear plastic with magnets to hold metal templates.
• Includes six recess and three mortise templates.
• Requires 12mm diameter x 63mm cut length cutter with 1/2 inch shank and 30mm guide bush. A 1/4 inch extra long cutter can also be used but deepening of mortise with auger bit will be required.
• User made batten 44mm x 34mm x 450mm is also needed.
