The Tikka T3x Sporter: A rifle that is capable of performing at the highest level of competition while simultaneously functioning as a hunting rifle.
As an athlete, you want to succeed in any competition. With its wide range of features, the Tikka T3x Sporter supports your abilities, helping you perform better with adaptive ergonomics and personalized options.
This ultimate target rifle was developed in cooperation with Tikka and the Finnish Hunting and Sporting Association. The rifle features a laminated stock which is purpose built and practical when it comes to ergonomic characteristics and versatility. It has a 4-way adjustable cheek piece for optimal scope alignment, and an adjustable recoil pad to accommodate your preferred length of pull. The Tikka T3x Sporter also has various rail placements that allow the rifle to be carried biathlon style.It is practical, purpose-oriented and provides you with the same performance and accuracy of all Tikka T3x rifles.
FEATURES The redesigned Tikka T3x product family is loaded with new features, offering offering best-in-class functionality, and ultimate precision. MODULAR STOCK
T3x has a new modular synthetic stock with interchangeable pistol grips, making it possible to modify the angle of the grip. This allows for multiple shooting positions. (Additional grips sold separately.) The T3x synthetic stock also has an additional attachment point which allows you to change the width of the stock’s fore-end.
ADJUSTABLE CHEEK PIECE & RECOIL PAD
The adjustable cheek piece allows for optimal scope alignment; it can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The recoil pad is vertically adjustable and may be extended with optional spacers for an improved shooting posture.
CHEEK PIECE MEMORY FEATURE
The cheek piece has an integrated memory feature which allows you to lock the cheek piece to a certain height and position. If the cheek piece is removed and replaced, the position is memorised.
THREADED BARREL
The T3x Sporter with the 20” barrel is also available with a threaded muzzle. The threading allows you to attach a sound suppressor or muzzle brake.
NEW RECOIL PAD
T3x models come with a new recoil pad technology that reduces the impact of recoil on the shooter. The new robust pad will allow you to fully concentrate on the accuracy of your shots.
REDESIGNED EJECTION PORT
The new T3x receiver introduces a widened angular ejection port that makes it easier to feed one cartridge at a time.
IMPROVED RAIL ATTACHMENT
Always keep the target in your sight. The T3x models have extra screw placements on top of the receiver so that you can robustly attach a Picatinny rail – even when using larger scopes.
METALLIC BOLT SHROUD
Robustness and quality go hand in hand. Metallic bolt shroud covers and shields the rear of the bolt body and the firing pin.
STEEL RECOIL LUG
This extra-strong lug has minimal deformation – even with larger calibres. Compared to aluminium, the steel lug doesn’t have strong imprinting qualities that would cause deformation when larger calibres are used.
