Description
This is a stainless-steel barrel from a post-64 Winchester Classic Stainless Model 70 rifle. The 24″ barrel has a cut for the extractor; it is from a controlled round feed post-1964 model 70. There no sights, and no dovetail or front ramp. It is not drilled and tapped for any sights.
Metal Condition – The are a couple of spots of corrosion – see photos.
Bore – 9/10 – With very little throat wear and no pitting, this barrel rates a 9 out of 10. Borescope verified.
