Designer Phillip Booth grew up watching sparks fly in his father’s tool and die shop. He has since made a serious name for himself from his own shop in Ithaca, Michigan. Surrounded by everyday carry folders mostly with drop point blades, Philip decided to make something totally different. Enter – the Ripsnort™.

The Ripsnort has a 3-1⁄4″ cleaver-shaped blade of 8Cr13MoV stainless at 58-59 Rc. with a flipper for quick opening. The flipper also acts as a finger guard when the knife is in use. The black POM handle scales have a stainless steel inlay accent. A liner lock, it measures 4-3/8″ closed and weighs 5.6 oz. Ships with a single position pocket clip positioned for right-handed tip down carry. Made in China. 99.
