This is a buttplate for the Savage Model 99 Trademark Butt Plate, Thick. It is a reproduction of an original buttplate made in the US, from high-quality urethane. Your buttplate comes with fitting instructions, as some minor fitting MAY be required, but not always. Dimensions are Approximately 4 13/16″ X 1 1/2.   Allow for a slight variance in measurements, because the holes in the buttplates are countersunk making them much larger than the holes you will be measuring from in your stock.
