It is outfitted with a traditional 150 grain lead round nose projectile. The one-piece bullet boasts exceptional uniformity, so it keeps its balance as it flies straight downrange. The bullet’s curving profile is especially aerodynamic, and it penetrates plinking targets with ease. Without a jacket, this bullet fires a little dirtier — we advise saving this one for outdoor shooting where ventilation is up to the task of blowing toxic lead fumes away from your face.
Winchester carefully seated this round’s bullet on a new and concentric brass casing, which even further promotes great accuracy. This round’s is a popular caliber with the handloading set, and they won’t be let down by Winchester’s fine, reloadable casing!
