This clean-burning Golden Bear ammunition in .223 Remington comes packaged in a 500 round case for some serious savings. Manufactured in Russia by the Barnaul Machine Plant, these cartridges differ from typical steel-cased ammo in their use of a brass plating to provide better cycling and cleaner firing. This mitigates one of the major downsides of lacquered steel-cased ammo while still providing a low per-round cost.
Each cartridge in this case fires a 62gr. soft point bullet at 3,050 feet per second, delivering deadly expansion against game and pest animals. This ammo is non-reloadable and uses non-corrosive Berdan primers.
