This .22 LR ammunition from Aguila delivers good target shooting performance at a reasonable cost. Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a 40 grain lead round nose bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,130 feet per second. This configuration just barely puts it into the high velocity category.
Aguila ammunition is loaded in Cuernavaca, Mexico by Industrias Tecnos, a manufacturer that also fulfills defense contracts for the Mexican military. These cartridges use rimfire-primed brass cases.
