.308 Win Featherweight Barrel – Undated – 90%

Description

This is a Featherweight barrel for a pre 64 Winchester model 70 rifle; chambered in .308 Winchester. This barrel does not have a visible manufacturing date. This barrel may have been re-blued at some point in the past.

Bluing and Metal – There are two small worn patches on the top of the barrel and numerous small scratches. Additionally, there are a few small dings adjacent to the rear sight dovetail; in the Model 70 logo. Overall, the bluing on this barrel is in very good condition. There are no deep dings or gouges.

Bore – 8/10 – The bore has light throat wear and a few shallow pits. Borescope verified.
