Build your own hand finished Green River paring knife using our Blade-Par-03, brass cutler’s rivets and walnut scales. Our knife kits include:

  • 3″ paring blade with an overall length of 7″, forged from .050″ thick carbon cutlery steel. Blade has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. Made in the U.S.A. by America’s oldest cutlery, Russell Green River.
  • Pair of American black walnut handle scales, 3/8″ thick by 1.5″ x 5″. Handles are unfinished, ready to accept stain, finish or sealer.
  • Set of three brass cutler’s rivets
