This is a Featherweight barrel for a pre 64 Winchester model 70 rifle, chambered for the .264 Winchester Magnum cartridge.

Bluing and Metal – 95% – This bluing on this barrel is in excellent condition, dark and even but with a few small, shallow scratches from stock contact, a worn spot on the breech cone, and a little wear at the muzzle. There is no other notable damage.

Bore – 7/10 – The first inch of the bore has notable heat cracking and wear; there are also a few scattered pits. Borescope verified.
