This shell’s sturdy plastic hull is crimped neither too tight nor too loose, which along with its reliable primer and clean burning powder offer a consistent muzzle velocity of 1,400 fps. That high muzzle velocity more than compensates for steel shot’s relatively lower momentum with lead, so your shotgun’s performance won’t be hampered by laws that bar the use of toxic ammunition.
