These Super Sport clay loads from Winchester are a great way to fill up your score card and pull away from your friends at the next skeet club meet! These 12 gauge shells have a hull length of 2-3/4 inches for compatibility with nearly every shotgun and optimized performance in top rack sporting pieces with short chambers. Each shell contains 1-1/8 ounces of 9 size lead shot pellets that have been chilled and hardened. The shot is contained within Winchester’s patented AA wad which protects it further while cushioning felt recoil and yielding consistent muzzle velocities.
Pellets that maintain their round shape throughout the firing process are less likely to fly off pattern. This results in tighter shot clouds that achieve stunning clay breaks out to farther distances. Winchester also uses their own high-energy propellant and non-corrosive 209 primers when building these shotshells. The rim of each hull is raised and slightly rounded for smoother feeding and faster reloading.
