This is a .243 Winchester Featherweight barrel. It is not marked with a manufacturing date; it has the number 7 front sight ramp, indicating it was manufactured between 1958 and 1963.

Bluing – 90% – The bluing is mostly dark and even with some wear at the muzzle and a little along/under the stock line.

Metal – Overall, this barrel is in very good condition; there are a few minor scratches.

Bore – 8/10 – There are a few deeper pits but very little throat wear. Borescope verified.
