There are times when you don’t want to make a ragged hole at 1,000 yards while bruising your shoulder with your .338 Lapua rifle. If you’re shooting at closer distances and/or enjoying the noise reduction of a suppressor, try this subsonic ammo from Corbon’s Performance Match series. Since this ammo does not cross the sound barrier, it has the potential to be much quieter than most .338 Lapua ammo!
Each cartridge in this box of 20 fires a 30- grain open-tip match (OTM) bullet at a muzzle velocity of 1,000 feet per second. Compared to other .338 Lapua loads, this is a medium weight bullet fired at a very low velocity so expect relatively minimal felt recoil.
Corbon Performance Match ammo is made in Sturgis, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass cases.
