This 300 Win Mag cartridge from Nosler’s Trophy Grade line of ammunition features a 200 grain Nosler Partition projectile. This bullet takes its name from its unique design, in which it essentially has two cores separated by a barrier formed by its jacket’s extension through its middle. The front core has a soft tip, which provides superior mushrooming at virtually any impact velocity, while the rear core retains more than two thirds of the bullet’s weight upon impact for deep penetration. The bullet’s fully tapered copper alloy jacket ruptures instantly at its mouth upon impact, and thickens at its middle to better support expansion. Finally, the special crimp locks in this bullet’s base add strength to resist deformation under the pressure of heavy magnum loads. All in all, this cartridge’s bullet will deliver jaw-dropping performance from your hunting rifle.
