These .300 H&H Magnum rounds come equipped with a 180-grain Nosler partition soft point projectile, and are loaded into boxer-primed, noncorrosive, reloadable, nickel-plated brass cases. With its weighted rear and expanding frontal core, the Nosler Partition soft point projectile is designed for maximal penetration without fragmentation. This means terminal performance without overly damaging the meat. The .300 H&H round was created by the British company Holland and Holland in 1925 and was nicknamed Holland’s “Super .30”. Though not as popular as its other .30 cousins, the .300 H&H is a well-regarded round, with flatter ballistics than the .30-06 and the ability to take down even the largest game.
