Each of these cartridges uses a clean-igniting Boxer primer from CCI which is fitted to a reloadable brass casing. The round is topped with a 124 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile which offers smooth feeding in virtually any pistol or carbine. 124 grains is often desired by expert shooters for its similarity to self-defense and NATO loads, smooth recoil, flat trajectory, and elongated body which catches more rifling and enhances stability.
