This 338 Lapua Magnum cartridge by Prvi Partizan packs a very special 240 grain bullet. It is a monolithic bullet, made entirely out of copper!
A solid copper bullet offers some exclusive benefits to performance. Because it is devoid of lead it is environmentally friendly and also compliant with California’s ban on toxic projectiles. (We can’t ship this ammo to California, but you may certainly take it there if you wish.) A lead-free bullet necessarily prevents any lead fouling of the bore, maintaining its rifling’s ability to stabilize the bullet for better accuracy throughout a shooting session.
Without a separate core and jacket this bullet is exceptionally – if not perfectly – balanced. It thus stays very stable as it holds a pinpoint trajectory downrange. And while this bullet is non-expanding, its superior toughness and great power would permit it to access the vitals of certain very large game animals.
Prvi Partizan didn’t cop out of giving their copper bullet the supporting components it needs to shine at the rifle range. The Serbian manufacturer lent their finest reloadable brass case, low residue powder, and sensitive primer to each one of these cartridges to ensure smooth, accurate performance with every carefully lined up shot.
