Is the 38 Special not special enough for you? Then you want this 44 Special cartridge by Magtech — it is six more special!
This round has a 240 grain projectile with the flattened tip a range bullet needs to stamp a cleaner hole through a paper target. Its tapering profile lends itself to easy feeding into a cylinder, and makes it plenty accurate in flight. This bullet’s weight is on the slightly heavy side of the spectrum for its caliber.
This round delivers relatively little recoil. Since you can chamber it in a 44 Magnum revolver, that makes it a fine choice for when you’d like to enjoy firing such a weapon without incurring the kind of recoil that rattles fillings.
Whoever wants to argue that Magtech doesn’t make a quality cartridge has got all their work ahead of them. These rounds’ casings are uniformly concentric and never pose difficulty in feeding and fast ejection, and that they’re reloadable means this one box of ammo can give a handloader long-lasting value.
