Each cartridge in this box fires a medium weight 55 grain boat tailed full metal jacket bullet at a muzzle velocity of 3,165 feet per second. This ammo uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and reloadable brass with visible annealing marks. The annealing process strengthens the case and is carried out for both commercial and mil-spec ammunition. While commercial cases are typically polished afterwards for a shiny appearance, military cases almost always have intact markings.
