Description
Eladio Muela León was working with German engineers at an oil refinery in the mid-1950s when he began making knives. It was the purchasing of his knives by those engineers that was the beginning of what became Muela Knives. Located in Spain, today Muela combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production methods.
Both knives features handle scales made from Canvas Micarta available in either blue or orange. Exchange the handle scales to cover the sharp edge of the blade to use the tool cutout in the steel. The handle scales feature a cutout that will act as a seatbelt cutter. Use a flathead screwdriver or the metal disk attached to the lanyard to unscrew the handle scales.
The A.T.B. knives have a 3-1/4″ drop point blade of 1.4116 stainless steel. Measures 7-5/8″ overall. Weighs 6.1 oz. Includes a blue or black sheath with leather trim. Made in Spain.
