This 1,000 round case of .223 ammunition will keep your ARs and other rifles running from dusk ’til dawn! Each of these cartridges is constructed using a steel casing which is inexpensive to produce and passes cost savings on to the shooter. The case is equipped with a non-corrosive primer and a 75 grain hollow-point (HP) projectile. While 75 grains is heavy for the caliber, it is commonly supported by existing scope reticles and offers excellent terminal ballistics.
During entry, the HP bullet is designed to break apart into fragments while its base tumbles and yaws resulting in a larger wound cavity with very little chance for lethal over-penetration. This performance is appropriate for taking down medium sized varmints. Tula ammo is manufactured in Russia at their oldest cartridge plant. Centuries of experience with mass production allow them present shooters with dependable cartridges at an affordable cost.
