Jim Bridger’s Hawken 1-1/8″ breech & tang, 3/4-16 thread

This 1-1/8″ Hawken plug was designed by Green River Rifle Works. The tang may be bent cold. X-ray inspected for internal flaws. The short .550″ thread journal allows a strong engagement and a direct drilled ignition hole. We recommend using our Jim Bridger’s Hawken lock with this plug. Pre-inlet into our Jim Bridger’s Hawken stock, this is our first choice, since these castings virtually snap fit together.Use Jim Bridger’s Hawken plug & tang, in 1-1/8″ octagon or tapered barrel. Available in 3/4-16 thread only. Powder chamber in the plug face is 7/16″ diameter. We recommend this plug for use with .45 caliber or larger 1-1/8″ barrels.
