The ASP Scarab Cutter is made for safely cutting ASP Tri-Fold restraints.

The unique, compact, and lightweight design of the Scarab Cutter uses compound leverage and a piercing stainless steel blade with a 90° cutting action to promote the safe removal of disposable restraints with one squeeze. The recessed blade will not injure the restrained subject. The Scarab Cutter can be clipped to a key ring or stored in your vest or BDUs for easy carrying and deployment whenever you need it.
