Receiver – Standard – 1952

Description

This is a standard receiver from a 1952 Model 70 rifle, stamped with the serial number 234078.

Bluing and Metal – There is notable loss of finish and polishing on the recoil lug. It appears there was some pitting that was removed and polished out resulting in loss of the finish. Additionally, there is some finish wear on the rails, near the tang, and on the front ring. There is no other notable damage, dings, or defects.
